Designed for patients, employees, and visitors to our facilities, the Henry Ford Health System EatWell application is packed with resources and tools. With daily menus and detailed nutrition information for all Henry Ford Health System hospitals, along with wellness tools and menu planning, the application is your mobile tool to Eat Well and Live Well. Menu locations are updated daily, including Henry s On The Boulevard (Henry Ford Hospital Detroit), Henry s On The River (Henry Ford Hospital Wyandotte), Henry s (Henry Ford Hospital Macomb), Henry s (Henry Ford Hospital West Bloomfield) and Caf 1 (One Ford Place).
